So thankful for the sellers communication during this process! I ordered 3 glasses, 2 of which were custom! The package got stuck in customs for a while as it was arriving from Poland but that was completely not the sellers fault, they even sent in a missing package request and then my package showed up so quickly afterwards! All 3 glasses were packaged thoroughly and arrived in pristine condition. Super happy with the outcome, the glasses themselves are super high quality and the artist does an amazing job. I even sent in a photo of a dog and horse to be custom drawn and the seller has no problem fulfilling my unique request for my wedding gifts to my new parents. I highly recommend these glasses!
